Ordered item 29th march. Hermes had package 2nd April. Every day they kept saying 24hours delayed. It was now the 20th april. I emailed look fantastic 5 times. They kept fobbing me off saying our team are contacting the courier everytime i emailed them. Then i got an email .... "good news it's out for delivery today!" Which got clearly wasn't. It was still at the sorting depo. Then I was asked to fill out various forms to say I'd checked at my house and with neighbours. No delivery had taken place. Again it was still at the sorting drop . After mentioning I will take them to trading standards etc, and that my contract is with them and not the courier. And for them to speak with Hermes on my behalf. Guess what....... Hermes suddenly delivered the next day! The customer service is absolutely shocking. Each time you talk to some one different. The what's app is terrible. Each time asking for your order number when you've given it for the 100th time. I will never use this company again. Guys. Please don't give up with this company is you are having issues. Keep emailing them, Facebook them etc. . But please use another beauty site for future...
