Ridiculous company and website, I will never use it again!!! I purchased in March 23rd, the website showed my order may delivery between 31th to 7th April. However, it was over more than a month and I still not receiving my order at all! The customer service didn’t want to assist me until 30 days for them to deliver. Now they were asking me to fill out a form and they said will investigate whatever balabalabala...
I was running out my face wash and essence for two weeks! I just want my order to be delivered!!!!!
