Never had an issue. Ordered from here 3x in last 3 months and all orders have arrived straight away. One order was a bit delayed however they emailed me first saying we noticed your order has not been dispatched and we are looking into this for you. The next day I received a further email saying it has now been dispatched so no worries. They always use tracked delivery - twice Hermes and once Royal Mail. However I have seen some comments after having ordered 3x that the customer service is rubbish. I've never had any contact with the company after purchasing so I cannot comment on this however after having read a lot of these comments where people have had a bad experience I.e. post not arriving and not receiving a good customer service,I am hesitant to order from them again. However I have had a positive experience all 3x I have ordered.
