HORRIBLE customer service.
I’ve ordered from them for a while now and everything was fine. Until it wasn’t.
They sent me the wrong order and when I reached out they didn’t read my emails and just kept sending prewritten responses. When I called them out, they got really rude and condescending. It has now been over 3 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my correct order.
They are great until you have an issue. They don’t care about their customers.
