I’ve placed 3 separate orders with them in the past month. Never had any problems so I’m really surprised to see so many negative reviews!
I always used standard delivery, so orders do take around 5-7 days to arrive. My orders are delivered by Royal Mail who text me with a tracking code a few days before delivery. I’ve taken advantage of LF’s 20% off offers twice now and received a free gift of shampoo and conditioner (sachets) and a mini Laura Mercier lipstick. Great products at fantastic prices. I’ll certainly order from the again!
