Awful company, feels more like a fraud. I placed an order 4 weeks back. They claim it was delivered when it wasn't. They can't show any proof of delivery and yet are not refunding my money, or resending the products. Worst of all, they don't outrightly deny refund but keep stalling saying they are "investigating", so you can't even file a retail ADR. Terrible.
There are multiple other websites selling beauty products which actually deliver and refund if there's a problem with their service.
