Send me an out of date product and I kindly told them about it. It was for a lash growth serum so for use around the eyes! I send an image of the product with the batch code and expiry date on and they then dragged the process out for 3 weeks of back and forth messages where they were 'confirming' if I was telling the truth. After several messages asking what was going on they then asked if I would like a replacement or refund, I said both and they sent a replacement to me. When I asked about my refund they said as they had sent a replacement they would not refund me. Eh? I asked for both and if they had told me I could only have one I would have picked the refund?! Let's hope I don't get stuck with two out of date products. Would not shop there again as I do not trust them and their customer service was frustrating due to how much it was dragged out and them only replying to one bit of my messages at a time.
