Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered some items which were not what I expected. I have tried calling but no response (I get due to covid-19) however I have tried to chat online but it's unavailable, I have emailed 8 times with my order number etc but they keep robotically saying same thing to chat online. All I want is to return goods. Not helpful at all!!!! Shambles
