Oh how I wish I had these reviews before purchasing from Look Fanastic.I ordered the wrong item tried to cancel immediately not possible have to contact customer services via email.Two days later was emailed to say item was being processed and could not be cancelled. Asked for a return form was sent wrong label had to pay £7.50 postage, count myself lucky I got a refund although not reimbursed for return postage which I had requested.The return policy of this company is needless complicated and customer service is appalling. Avoid at all cost
