Absolutely horrendous, I am still trying to get back 300euros for orders not received! These were orders for may 2020.
I contacted the company by email, help desk and now Paypal but they still will not believe that I didn't receive the orders.
Personally, I think their customer care and attitude is appalling.
This is my first ever bad review of a company and I hope it will be my last!
