Lookfantastic is the worst online store in the market. For the second time they charged my account for the order that I cancelled 3 months ago. Do not ever give them your card details because they will rip you off money!!!
Once I told them I am not going to pay for the return As I didn’t order those items they said it’s my responsibility to cover those costs. Very bad experience and not helpful service. I won’t ever buy there again and I discourage all of you to buy from this store.
