Terrible customer service
I am dealing via private message on Instagram and getting nowhere the past few weeks. All I’m asking for is when I should expect my delivery date having ordered on the 22/7/20 today.. 19 Aug have not received my order. Refusing to give refund or send the parcel again. They keep saying they have to wait for an update from the courier. First and last time to use
