Ordered an eyeshadow palette and a brush, I waited for 3 months and it still didn't come, so I contacted customer service. They were quick to respond and offer me a refund. Luckily, my makeup came just when I was about to accept the refund. It came in great quality! Shipping time was a bit long but it makes sense because there was only shipping by sea since corona blocked air shipping. This is genuine. Great website and nice products!
