Ordered amongst other items a mini Macaron gel nail kit .. polishes were tacky And not setting properly .. contacted CS to explain .. told to upload photos and batch numbers. Then frustratingly asked to provide other irrelevant information such as previous products purchased .
Awful system via portal and extremely poor communication .. expecting a response within 24 hours but feel like I’m going around in circles .. unless this is resolved shortly I wont be using again And would not recommend !
