Terrible response to my reporting a parcel not recieved. Queries not addressed, messages replied to the wrong person in my correspondence. They took the evidence of GPS van co ordinates as evidence of delivery when My Hermes told me they had sacked the driver involved due to a series of same issues. Look Fantastic did not reply to PayPal Correspondence so case found in favour, thank god I paid PayPal as they were not going to honour the order. I have spent thousands with this company and never had a problem. The one time it went wrong it was beyond frustrating. They wouldn’t answe my query about how to cancel a beauty box subscription because I have lost faith. They are now too big to care. Buyer beware.
