I’ve bought products from look fantastic before but the last order I bought has been a complete and total nightmare. The courier returned my package as no one was there to accept and trying to deal with lookfantastic to get a refund or replacement has been IMPOSSIBLE. It’s been over 3 weeks with no replacement or refund! At first I asked for a replacement to be resent and they’re too incompetent to even handle that. No matter how many times I’ve written to them ( they don’t take phone calls!) they reply back with the same stock email promising to fix the issue blah blah blah. Fast forward three weeks now they say they can’t amend the order??? Now I have no products and have been robbed of £80! Never use this company! If something goes wrong youre guaranteed to have lost your money and there is NO ONE competent enough to help you.
