I placed a large order for my sister's 30th birthday presents, I chose next day delivery even though it was a week in advance to make sure it arrived in time. It's now been 4 days, the item has not been delivered and the tracking seems to be inaccurate as it just says 'with courier' since Tuesday. This is so unacceptable. No response from Look Fantastic and no attempt to help.
