Absolute liars. I placed an order for a perfume that took a long time to dispatch and as a result was never delivered to me and was in fact delivered back to the sender. I had proof of the return to sender via Royal Mail and I requested a refund. They refused to refund so I applied for a charge back. Look Incredible refuted the charge and tried to claim they had delivered it (they cropped out part of the Royal mail tracking to make it seem like it was delivered). When I called them to ask why they had done this, they refused to answer and hung up on me. They then blocked my number. Absolute fraudsters and joke. Do not buy from these vile people. I eventually got my money back from my bank, but only after Look Incredible tried to refute the charge twice.
