Worst experience ever which reduced our family to tears before our holiday. Driver was rude and demanded more money to take our car. Claimed he needed cash to get out of carpark. Starting at £40 he then reduced to £20. He even threw our keys on the floor once we refused to pay.
Tried calling the office and they didn’t answer!
Ironically the email confirmation even tells you not to pay the driver direct.
Avoid at all costs.
