A terrible service at Luton - we won't be using them again.
Be aware of the hidden charges - we were asked to pay £2 each on arrival at the airport to cover the cost of dropping us off. On the return journey, we were asked to pay £5 each. The customer should either be notified of these costs in the confirmation email, or (preferably) these costs should be included in the car rental fee.
We found the staff to be hostile and dispassionate, and I felt very uncomfortable. The staff do not give you an explanation of anything unless specifically asked by a customer i.e. you will be picked up in zone E, and to avoid an additional fee, you need to first drive up to the top floor past the camera before you exit the car park.
Lastly, the email instructions do not properly match up to the service, i.e. you do not need to hand over your car key to the staff.
