They operate in EU but they give all the excuses being an UK company to not send the invoice on reservations even when they clearly state in their website they will do it, based on that the privacy laws would be a joke to them as well i suppose and same for GDPR and they would say they don't follow it since they are revising their operation laws....
I would just choose some other company that provides similar service and complain with EU rules.
