“Avoid at any cost”

Looking4Parking operate an awful customer service, they would prefer to give customers a discount rather than refund them in case of a problem. Also there is no weekend cover so customers who encounter difficulties during the weekend cannot get any help whatsoever; a bit backward in the travel industry. This means there is a lack of empathy for the customer, when in most other companies, customer is king.
I am in the office now and it seems the staff are doing no work; any developments are slow to come. Also a colleague got paid late and never received the monies they were due (2k instead of 5k).
