I am very angry and upset, i have used this company many times before but have never had to amend or cancel but having to change my flights i went on to amend my booking, it said i needed to pay another £11 which i did by Paypal, the payment was taken but you haven't amended the dates then i tried to cancel and its impossible on the website.
I am furious and wont used this company again unless i get a refund
