I made two separate bookings in the course of a week, today on checking my bank statement I find that they had taken the payment twice on both occasions??? Obviously not a one off mistake, the treatment I received from the employee in the call centre was dreadful. No apology or explanation, I now have to prove to them that they have actually charged me twice, this is not a problem accept that they will see my bank statement, fingers crossed!!!! Scam comes to mind.
