After being stuck in traffic in Bristol, i arrived 25 minutes late, to be told due to being late and not arriving on time i was being charged an extra £10!!
I called 10 minutes from the airport as i always do and explained I was stuck in traffic and i wasn't able to call as was driving the car. The guy on the phone wasn't interested and told me to call again when at the roundabout at the airport.
What poor customer service!!!
