AVOID THIS COMPANY. I have sent several messages to the company regarding a booking that I did not place, but have been charged for and not received no reply!!! I went to book and several times it kept saying a problem has occurred please try again. So I several times clicked on the try again to confirm order, only to find out I have been charged!!! I never received no email confirmation, I have checked my junk folders as well. It was only today when I checked my bank they have taken out a payment of £55.94, I just hope more payments don't come out as I tried several times to book to only keep having the message a problem occurred please try again. I have been charged at least once for a transaction that told me had not gone through, I would now not book through your company due to this error.
