Really great price but terrible service. Waited for an hour in the cold this morning at Gatwick for my car to be delivered. Would have been better booking long stay parking which would have been cheaper, less hassle and quicker. The firm dealing with picking up and dropping off are not logistically set up for the volume of business. There were three customers waiting for their cars and only one person delivering which is why we are all left waiting. Wouldn’t use them again.
