service that was provided by this company is not the professional service they advise. On our return from our holiday We called the number provided as soon as we had collected our luggage, the first time we called they cancelled the call, the second time we called we had to clarify information previously confirmed when the booking was made. After waiting at the pick up point for around 45 mins and several calls later , the driver arrived without any vehicle, and tried to tell us that a car that was previously parked there was our car which was the wrong make and model.The drive was very abusive towards us . The police were involved in this matter to obtain getting our vehicle back. This company should not be allowed to trade . This was quite a upsetting and frightening experience. This issue needs to be addressed, for the benefit of existing and new customers.
