Unfortunately I booked through these and the company that was on the website Gatwick 24/7 meet and greet were late meeting on arrival, late meeting on our return as well as having damage to my car, I was told by the driver to contact the office through email, no response, failed to answer phone calls and when they did they was rude and hung up, looking4parking emailed these yet still no response, as a company who recommended services from others you would a least think they had some control over which businesses they Use to sell the services of! Although they have forwarded my emails to to company Gatwick 24/7 meet and greet it’s of no use as they still ignore everything, just beware who your booking with before hand, check the company first before purchasing or you could end up like me with a damaged car who nobody will take responsibility for the damage!
