Had issues with parking company that was booked through here, late arriving on both drop off and pick up, car was damaged on return, driver said I need to contact the office by email, I’ve done this and had no response, looking4parking only sell so don’t care! I’ve tried all ways to get my car sorted but gatwick 24/7 meet and greet don’t reply to emails from me or looking4parking they fail to answer calls or just hang up, looking4parking sold this yet say it’s nothing to do with them, Make sure you check reviews of the company that’s recommended before you purchase or you could end up with a damaged car with nobody taking responsibility for it! Your better off booking on site parking yourself to save the hassle. I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone.
