Absolutely shocking company and obviously no customer services as nobody answers the phone or replies to e-mails have been informed thro website that the 4 bookings I made with them this year do not qualify for a refund ( over £250 ) REST ASSURED I will never use this company again and I suggest anyone reading this review to boycott them as well
