L4P Customer relations are non existent and following trying to contact them and getting no answer via phone,also it’s a bit concerning that some customers get a full refund and some of us do not following cancellation by airlines and advice from government.
The principal is if you do not provide a service you should refund all including booking fee definitely will not use this company Ed Hill
