Due to Covid 19, our flight was cancelled. I contacted Looking 4 Parking - not easy to do, and cancelled airport parking as we were no longer flying, through no fault of our own. Looking 4 Parking charged us almost a third of our fee as a cancellation charge ! Unable to contact them to discuss so wrote a letter which they have totally ignored. Very rude ! Will not use again ever. They are now offering free cancellation to new bookings, quite insulting really.
