They will charge you for at leats another box even after you cancel the subscription.
Your account will not let you manage your subscription like you can with almost all other subscription services, which also means that you can not cancel a subscription yourself.
Customer service takes about a week to hear back from and in the meantime, if it is a renewal window, you will be charged for the next box.
Worst subscription service to deal with.
