Would love to give zero as well. They are quite happy continuing to charge for a subscription despite the fact that there were multiple boxes that had been delayed and still hadn't been received. Customer support is nothing but a joke. Despite me stating i wanted an actual replay all i got was obviously the best fit from a selection of template responses which didnt even answer my concerns.
Was promised refunds and didnt receive, was promised replacements that never received ( 12 months after i should have received the initial box i paid for ).
I cancelled due to the fact that they cant deliver on their promises yet still see that they are taking new subscriptions and sending m emails almost daily with offers.
Why would i take a new offer that i know you cant deliver on!!
The disappointing thing was i had a subscription a long time ago and the product and service was great.
Agree with others - They also need to have a phone number or some other way to chase something up rather than a faceless email that someone can copy and paste the same response in to all queries
