If there was an option to put "0", I would. I ordered this as a Christmas gift in December. Well, it's the middle of April and my order hasn't even been processed. But wait, there's more... I was charged almost $60.00 for a SECOND box.. when the first one hasn't even been processed 5 months later. I've been in contact with customer service for 3 months now, and all I'm getting are "sorry we have high volumes right now," and "we're working on getting your order ready." I've cancelled the subscription and am waiting for my refund.
