Disgusted. Taken 9 months of payments for socks and not received any since Sept21
Emailed several times requesting goods or refund and then finally asked to cancel my subscription and was still taking money from my account and even putting their prices up without informing me.
They have now finally stopped taking my money for 2 months but I’m still over £120 down. Used to receive their sock regularly for first 6 months but since Sept 2021 nothing 😡
