I really like the anticipation of it all, waiting for the crate to arrive. I don't always like everything in the crate, but it's a grab bag, so that's part of the fun. I will say though, whenever I get some (non-headphone) items, even the ones I don't like are of excellent quality. The customer service is great, I've researched the value of every crate I get, and it's pretty much as promised. Some of my favorite shirts are from LootCrate.
