I HATE THIS COMPANY!!! Never a "live person" to speak with & they AUTOMATICALLY charge RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION without ANY NOTICE!! Unless you check your bank account HOURLY they will slip in the charges!!! I had to file with BBB to hope to get some money back--out OVER $5hundred.....!!! DON'T USE LOOTCRATE.COM-----YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY
