I ordered a subscription box for my son for Christmas which I understood wouldn’t arrive until after Christmas. I was fine with that. Mid January we receive an email stating it would take a little longer, “but here’s a coupon for your trouble.” We order merch that now is 3 weeks late, plus the original box which is now almost 2 months late! The only email I got back after trying to reach out yet again was basically, “too bad. Either wait or cancel.”
How in the world do you keep subscribers that way??
