Finally had a response from customer service. They casually explained the August box would be sent "mid September" - with no mention of recourse or discount to the customer? Madness.
I'm glad I already cancelled my subscription as going through this every month is not my idea of fun.
This company clearly needs a restructure and/or a long hard look in the mirror. This can't last.
