I ordered two crate subscriptions as gifts for birthdays. The first month the box came damaged and they did nothing about it. The second month of one subscription I tried to skip that month and they sent that month anyway, I then asked if I could return it unopened and skip the month and receive the next two months. They would not allow me to skip it but only cancel the subscription and give me a refund but will not refund me the $8 it costed to ship it back to them. I waited to receive the last month in my 3 month subscription before canceling and requesting the refund for the month I returned and they now don't want to give me my refund, instead offering me 20% off. While this is going on with the loot subscription, my gaming subscription the first month was missing an item, the second month hasn't been mailed and the third month I received yesterday and one of the items the deco was printed on it crooked. Don't waste your time and money.
