It's great as long as they send your lootcrates on time. I had a 6 month subscription and everything went smoothly until they had forgotten to send my last lootcrate. I don't care if it's a holiday delay, they need to contact their customers by email or warn us about that ahead of time. I was left wondering where my package was for a whole month. It's not my job to contact them about my lootcrate if they're having issues!! When I contacted their customer service, they didn't even compensate me for wasting my time emailing them back and forth for days not to mention my lootcrate never showed up at the expected time. Plus, Terrible customer service!
