don't answer questions in mail to customer service. just say sorry we are delayed.
continue subscription even thou they say they do that after delivery, but do it even though nothing had even been sent.
takes a long time to "reply" aka, send a mail back where they just say sorry, but not answering the questions.
take your money, but don't send you your product and don't answer questions.
