I have a subscription for both Lootcrate and the Wizarding World Crate. I still have not received either of my January crates or any information about when I can expect it. I have reached out to customer services several times and get evasive answers on how this will be solved. This is the first time I have had issues with Lootcrate and I am very displeased with the customer service and how this is handled. This is not the way to retain customers.
