I didn't really think it was possible for a well-known company to have such poor service. I ordered a bunch of stuff as Christmas presents in November of 2018. I received a partial shipment after Christmas, then nothing else arrived. I went back and forth with customer service for the next 4 months. Yes, no exaggeration. Four months. They kept telling me there was a delay in shipment, then finally said that things were out of stock and offered a refund. Honestly such terrible customer service. what's worse is that most of the items I purchased were because they came with bonus boxes for spending a certain amount, so I never got those either and the items I did receive were pointless because I was expecting to get the bonus items. Do not promise items to your customers if you can't deliver. I depended on those things as gifts and Left people disappointed when things not only didn't show up by Christmas, but still never showed up at all. Extremely disappointing. I will never buy anything from them again.
