I’ve been a subscriber for 5 years. My son loved the crates. This last year when I was billed. I was billed to invoices, overcharged & not able to get an answer from lootcrate after several attempts. Poor costumer service. I’m out of the extra cash because I don’t know who to contact & I’ve canceled my subscription.
There is many other subscription boxes much easier to deal with that care about their costumers.
