Really bad customer service-they will never help you and even when they seem like they will they won’t. I tried to cancel-they confirmed they did and then still sent me a new one the next month and charged me. They said they would reimburse me and didn’t. I started using it again after they had kickback for loot vault amounts off. I tried to use a promo code for game loot vault items for E3 and made sure to only add game items from loot vault-tried it and it didn’t work. I contacted customer service and they said “it has to be game loot vault items” days after the promotion had ended. Worst customer service.
