From beginning to end, a hassle.
I ordered a three month subscription for my husband... for FATHERS DAY, we are now at the end of July & still haven’t received the first box that was due prior to father’s day...
The set up was a little strenuous, which I get because it was through another site that was running a deal.
This was for a general loot crate.
Out of excitement & being new to the experience I reached out to support on the 19th of June in regards to the shipment. I received a supposedly live response from their support team, looking at other reviews I’ve come to understand it is a bit response. My question was simple, I just inquired if I’d receive a tracking number when it is shipped or in what way might I find information on the package for updates. The support bot reaffirmed its suggested ship date & assured it’d be on time.
Later that day I got an email to expect a delay, without any timeframe of when to expect it.
Okay, it happens, but why would I not get this response prior.
I then get a survey on the support bot & if it was up to par. I just submitted a response that I wouldn’t grade someone or a bot on an insufficient response and recommended that next time they actually check with the proper channels on when these things would happen instead of providing an incorrect response.
I then get ANOTHER “support” team email about this and how it will be rectified... then another survey...
Well I’m supposed to have two boxes by now, 0/2, but don’t worry I have surveys to fill out for days 🤣
