Ordered a create in June as a gift, still yet to receive the gift to the gift recipient. 3-month superscription with nothing to show for it and customers service is no help, shipping dates keep getting changed when they are not meant. LOOT is MISSING with no guarantee you will ever get have your loot. Total LOOT FAIL
